Processing & Shipping Times
At Rustic Elegance Online Boutique, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination:

  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the USPS website at www.usps.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Rustic Elegance Online Boutique is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to USPS errors. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or file a claim with USPS.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
